Cast & Crew Ticket Order Forms 1/5-1/10

In an effort to recognize the hard work and dedication of students in the Cast & Crew of Steel Pier, you have an opportunity to purchase tickets to the performances prior to the tickets going on sale to the general public. This year there are two ways to purchase Cast & Crew tickets. You may purchase them online(the link is on the paper form that may be picked up from the Call Wall or in the cast parent email) or the traditional way, returning the paper form (& payment) to a director. We ask that you respect this recognition benefit and not share the special on-line link with members of the general public. To do so, will only result in less favorable seats being available for other cast and crew’s family and friends. Detailed below are the instructions for each option. We look forward to seeing you at Steel Pier.
Online Ticketing Process (January 7, 2010 - January 10, 2010)
1. There is a 4 day window (1/7-1/10) for tickets to be purchased via the link.
2. Go to (the link is on the paper form that may be picked up from the Call Wall or in the cast parent email)
3. Select your seats and purchase your tickets via the instructions online.
4. Print your tickets and receipt.
Paper Ticketing Process (January 7, 2010 - January 10, 2010)
1. Complete the attached form and return it to David, CeCe or Christian with a check by Wednesday, January 6, 2010.
2. The Box Office will process the paper forms during the same 4 day window that the online system is available to Cast & Crew.
3. These Box Office tickets will be available at “Will Call” when the Box Office opens to the general public on Monday, January 11, 2010. Or, by providing your email address, the tickets can be emailed to you. Please check the box on the order form as to your preference.
4. These seats will not be located with your season tickets.
