Fundraising Update

A reminder that Cookie Dough orders arrive on Monday, November 14th and must be picked up at the end of school that day!  Additionally, we need a few volunteers to help with delivery from 2:45-4pm or so on Monday.  If you can help out, please contact Shannon Finger @ slfnotes@comcast.net.  

The Fredericksburg Farms orders are in.  The teachers have been reminding students to pick them up after school - but there are still about 20 orders that have not been picked up yet.

Also if you planned to order from the Pajama Fundraiser and haven’t yet - please do so ASAP!  A number of items are already out of stock and we hate for you to miss out.  The last day we will take orders is Friday, Nov 18th.  Ordering instructions are on the playhouse website.

Don’t forget to order your Holiday Wreath from www.christmasforest.com and enter the club code SPBC at checkout.  They will donate 10% of the sale to the Playhouse Booster Club.

  • In the box marked “Club Code” please put SPBC followed by your student’s number if you know it (the student number allows us to credit that student with the sale but is not necessary)

How to Participate in the SHS Playhouse Great Pajama Fundraiser!

 

  • Visit this website:  www.pajamafundraiser.com
  • Click on “Print Order Form” in the top right corner and print out the form
  • Mouse over the pink bar starting with “Ladies Cotton Woven” to see the available styles
  • Click on the item you are interested in to see the available fabrics and patterns
  • Click on “Fit Chart” on the left side of the page to see sizing and fit information
  • Mark the order form with the items you would like to order, your name, phone #, and theater student name
  • Return the order form with payment to the student ASAP so your order can be placed OR mail it to:
              Robin Hunter – 14122 Heatherfield Drive – Houston, TX 77079
  • Checks should be made out to Stratford Playhouse Booster Club
  • Pricing is any 3 items for $28 or 1 for $14; add $2 shipping for each group of 3 or less
              Example:  6 items = $56 +$4 = $60,  4 items = $28 + $14 + $4 = $46
  • Order early as items will go out of stock – this will be noted on the order form
  • Please read the information under “Exchanges” - no exchanges except in the case of wrong or damaged items!

The Stratford Playhouse Fabulous Fall Fundraiser has Begun!

Please ask to see the fundraising packet given to your student in theater class the week of August 29th and offer to help them make sales. We are trying some new ideas this year and hope this will be our best Student Fundraiser ever! Our Fall Fundraiser will be done in two segments.  Packets are to be brought to class on Thurs, Sept 15 or Friday, Sept 16 and turned in to the teacher only

 

Part I - Bon-Bon Cookie Dough, Fredericksburg Farms, and Luggage Tags

  • Runs Sept. 1st-16th.
  • (3) separate brochures and order forms.
  • Order instructions and incentive details can be found on the flyer included in your packet.
  • The packet includes a sheet for the name, phone #, and e-mail address of customers interested in Part II of our fundraising.

Part II - “Holiday Wreath Sale” & “Great Pajama Fundraiser”

  • While taking orders for Part I, tell customers these fundraisers will be coming in October.
  • The “Holiday Wreath Sale” will be done completely on-line, with customers choosing their items from the company website, entering our school code during checkout, paying by credit card, and having their items shipped free directly to designated recipients.
  • The “Great Pajama Fundraiser” will involve directing your customers to an on-line brochure of men’s, women’s, teens, and childrens sleep pants, shorts, robes, and pajamas. All items are priced at 3 for $30! That’s right - any combination of 3 items is just $30 ($28 plus $2 shipping and handling). Customers will choose the items, fabrics, and sizes they want and turn their orders in to you.

We have tried to do our homework to come up with products that are unique and high quality so you can feel comfortable asking your friends and family to purchase them.

  • The Fredericksburg Farms you already know.
  • Our cookie dough company uses Hershey’s, Reese’s, and real M & M’s.
  • The pretzels are from Auntie Anne’s.
  • The holiday wreaths are shipped fresh from the Pacific Northwest.
  • The various “PJ” items include such details as stitched-down facings, drawstrings that go all the way around, and sturdy, soft fabrics.
